Implant referral information for Dentists

Our practice welcomes referrals from colleagues. Colleagues who refer their patients to us are known as referral partners. There are a number of benefits in being a referral partner:

Copies of Patient Reports & Radiographs will be forwarded to our referral partners at each stage of treatment. At appropriate stages of treatment, patients will be returned to their referring dentist.
Assisting with surgery is an open option and encouraged to all referral partners.
In-house teaching is available complimentary of Dr Peter Jensen and Dr Jonathan Hall. Teaching can involve any/all stages of Implant treatment including:
- Planning & Assessment
- Surgical Placement
- Bone and Soft tissue grafting
- Impression procedures
- Prosthetic try-in/fitting of Implant retained prosthesis.
- Bone grafting procedures
- Sinus lift procedures
- Bone expansion procedures

NB: The above instruction is not intended as a substitute for courses run by academic institutions or the major implant companies but should be seen as an adjunct to gain further knowledge or experience.

The remit of Referrals accepted is wide and we are available for consultation or treatment of any of the following:

Single tooth spaces potentially requiring implants
Multiple toothless spaces / complex restorative needs
Where one or both arches are edentulous or near edentulous
Severe/advanced periodontal disease requiring implant assessment
Full or partial dentures requiring implant stabilisation
Difficult Implant cases: for example, due to anatomical structures or insufficient bony volume
Aesthetic Rehabilitation & Complex Aesthetic cases
